崗位職責(zé):
Participate in new product review, responsible for process feasibility of the products;
New product manufacturing concept definition for RFQ: initial process flow, layout, cycle time, equipment investment
planning；
Responsible for new product process planning, prepare process chart, PFMEA, work instruction and error proofing
definition;
Initiate the investment application for new production line or new equipment;
Work with function team and lead machine requirements/machine specification;
Work with purchase department for equipment supplier selection;
Prepare the machine build and qualification planning based on the project schedule;
Work with function team and lead machine design review;
Machine Building follow up;
Work with function team and lead machine qualification: Pre and Final qualification;
Process Lessons learnt, know-how and standards create and sustain;
Responsible for process documents preparation and training operators;
Engineering change control;
Responsible for problems analysis and continuous improvement;
Other job assignment from the company.

負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品流程規(guī)劃，編制流程圖、PFMEA、作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和防錯定義；
啟動新生產(chǎn)線或新設(shè)備的投資申請；
與功能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)器需求/機(jī)器規(guī)范；
與采購部門合作選擇設(shè)備供應(yīng)商；
根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，編制機(jī)器制造和鑒定計(jì)劃；
與功能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)器設(shè)計(jì)審查；
機(jī)械制造跟進(jìn)；
與功能團(tuán)隊(duì)合作并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)器鑒定：預(yù)賽和決賽資格；
過程經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)、專門知識和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的創(chuàng)建和維持；
負(fù)責(zé)工藝文件的編制和操作人員的培訓(xùn)；
工程變更控制；
負(fù)責(zé)問題分析和持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
公司的其他工作任務(wù)。
任職要求:
Bachelor Degree and major in Mechanical Engineering;
5+ years process experience in automotive field as manufacture engineer or related;
3+ years management experience；
Proven knowledge of implementation of automatic solution on assembly &test process；
Good knowledge of non-standard machine build and qualification；
In-depth knowledge of assembly/fabrication/manufacturing/test technology: press control, screwing control, vision
check, leakage test, laser welding, robot, IE 4.0 or related Knowledge of GD&T；
Good communication skills.
Ability to influence and motivation.
Familiar with IATF16949 requirements and PFMEA,PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC tools;
Proficient in Office, AutoCAD office software, proficient in at least one kind of 3D design software;
Good control of progress, mind of timing.
學(xué)士學(xué)位，機(jī)械工程專業(yè)；
5年以上汽車制造工程師或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
在裝配和測試過程中實(shí)施自動化解決方案的豐富知識；
良好的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)械制造和資質(zhì)知識；
深入了解裝配/制造/制造/測試技術(shù)：壓力控制、螺紋控制、視覺檢查、泄漏測試、激光焊接、機(jī)器人、IE 4.0或GD&T相關(guān)知識；
良好的溝通能力。影響和激勵的能力。
熟悉IATF16949要求和PFMEA、PPAP、APQP、MSA、SPC工具；
熟練使用Office、AutoCAD辦公軟件，精通至少一種三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件；
很好地控制進(jìn)度，把握時(shí)機(jī)。
