職位描述

裝配工藝新品導入（NPI）工藝改良工藝設計
Responsibility: 1.According to production requirement to prepare the new process in advance; 2.SAP data maintenance: routing time, material distribution; 3.Design, realization and validation of production tools, fixtures and equipment; 4.Review and approve Pre-ECN and host ECN right implement; 5.Monitor and follow up the small batch production; 6.Analysis & solve the complicated technical and quality problems; 7.Analysis reject pieces and customer complaints to get main reason; 8.Internal work coordination (Within the related department); 9.Coordination of the technical communications with the supplier and other departments; 10.With Germany exchange the knowledge and experience; 11.Manage process documents in accordance with national standardization and the relevant regulations of company; 12.Create and update WI and the other process files; 13.Optimize the process continually to improve the productivity and the quality; 14.Time study (standard working time and improvement LBE); 15.Organize the new products introduction; 16.Training and authorization the production’s trainer.
Qualification: 1.Above academy on mechanical and industry or equivalent; 2.Above 6 years related to the production experience; 3.Strong engineering background and rich practice experiences; 4.Strong ability to solve complicated technical problems; 5.Strong ability to guide team to complete projects; 6.Strong communication and organization skills; 7.Have ability to read English technical document and simple English communication; 8.Experience with assembly process of piston compressor, better if with scroll compressor; 9.Computer skills in MS office, CAD, CAM.
