Job Descriptions:
New product or components design(3D and 2D) according to customer requirement , or product improvement;
根據(jù)客戶需求設(shè)計(jì)新產(chǎn)品或者零部件(3D和2D)，或改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品;
Send request to engineer to launch all the tests for new design confirmation for performance or reliability;
向工程師發(fā)出測(cè)試請(qǐng)求，以確認(rèn)新設(shè)計(jì)的性能或可靠性;
Cooperate and keep good communications with the other R&D center for technical issue support.
與其他研發(fā)中心保持良好的溝通，以提供技術(shù)支持。
Competitor analyze and finalize the professional reports;
分析競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手相關(guān)信息并完成專業(yè)報(bào)告;
Follow the standard evolution of application and compressor;
遵循應(yīng)用程序和壓縮機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的更新迭代;
Finalize report of all the job, deeply analyze and combine with test result if there is;
完成所有工作報(bào)告，結(jié)合測(cè)試結(jié)果深入分析;
Supporting other departments on technical issues;
支持其他部門(mén)相關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題;
Supporting other R&D center on technical issues and projects
支持其他研發(fā)中心的技術(shù)問(wèn)題和相關(guān)項(xiàng)目
Support customer basing on sales and after sales people need.
支持銷售和售后人員的客戶需求。
Cooperate with other department, production, quality, and SCM to proceed according to procedure;
與生產(chǎn)部門(mén)、質(zhì)量部門(mén)、供應(yīng)鏈管理部門(mén)和其他部門(mén)保持友好的合作，按照流程進(jìn)行工作;
Make periodical report and finalize project report after finished。
完成不定期報(bào)告及項(xiàng)目報(bào)告。
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in mechanic , HVAC , compressors or related
機(jī)械，暖通空調(diào)，制冷系統(tǒng)，壓縮機(jī)相關(guān)的專業(yè)本科及本科以上學(xué)歷
5 years of working experience in HVAC, compressors or related industrial enterprise with at least 3 years product design experience in R&D center;
5年相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少3年產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Basic knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC, Compressors of reciprocate, screw or scroll respectively,
具備制冷、暖通、壓縮機(jī)、螺桿或者渦旋式壓縮機(jī)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，
knowledge of mechanic, foundry, machining, material and other area which related with compressors;
具備壓縮機(jī)機(jī)械、鑄造、機(jī)械加工、材料等相關(guān)知識(shí);
Knowledge of product development procedure;
熟悉產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程;
Skill with capability of drawings, Catia, UG, or ProE;
熟練掌握制圖、Catia、UG或ProE;
Proficiency in written and Spoken English
熟練掌握英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)
