崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)部門年度經(jīng)營計(jì)劃及各階段工作目標(biāo)方向,統(tǒng)籌資源配置,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員高效拓展海外市場,完成季度及年度銷售任務(wù);
2、負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)銷售人員的日常行動(dòng)、銷售漏斗管理,并對(duì)其銷售工作的時(shí)間進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量等進(jìn)行管控,參與人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè),打造一支有戰(zhàn)斗力的外貿(mào)銷售隊(duì)伍;
3、調(diào)研目標(biāo)市場,搜集主要競爭對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài)信息,并及時(shí)向上反饋,為公司制定相應(yīng)的銷售策略提供參考依據(jù);
4、海外業(yè)務(wù)渠道拓展及運(yùn)營管理,協(xié)助合作商對(duì)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目客戶的轉(zhuǎn)化工作,并定期對(duì)合作商進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、銷售政策、商業(yè)談判、客訴處理等的培訓(xùn)賦能;
5、協(xié)助策劃并參與目標(biāo)市場線下推廣活動(dòng),包括展覽、論壇、講座、專題研討會(huì)、學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)等,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品推廣及品牌宣傳;
6、完成副總交辦的臨時(shí)性工作任務(wù)。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語、電子信息工程、國貿(mào)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先,英語聽說讀寫能力較強(qiáng);
2、8年以上外貿(mào)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中至少3年團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有電子元器件行業(yè)工作背景者優(yōu)先考慮,擅長海外代理商開發(fā)及運(yùn)營管理,熟悉歐美市場及當(dāng)?shù)刭Q(mào)易政策合規(guī)實(shí)務(wù);
3、熟悉海外大客戶開發(fā)流程,具備一定層面的商務(wù)溝通及商務(wù)關(guān)系建立經(jīng)驗(yàn),善于察言觀色;
4、具備較強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)性思維、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,責(zé)任心、目標(biāo)感、執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead overseas market expansion by aligning resources with departmental annual plans to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets.
2. Manage daily sales activities, pipeline oversight, and team performance metrics. Contribute to talent development for a high-performing global sales team.
3. Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market research to inform strategic decision-making.
4. Drive channel partner growth, support critical client conversions, and deliver partner training programs (product knowledge, sales policies, negotiation tactics, complaint resolution).
5. Spearhead international marketing initiatives including trade shows, technical seminars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
6. Execute ad-hoc assignments from VP as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferred majors: English, Electronic Engineering, International Economics and Trade). Business-fluent English proficiency.
2. 8+ years in international sales with 3+ years team leadership. Electronics components industry experience preferred. Expertise in EU/US markets, trade compliance practices, and agent network development.
3. Proven success in enterprise-level client acquisition and senior stakeholder engagement.
4. Strategic thinker with strong cross-functional coordination, rapid learning agility, and collaborative spirit. Results-driven with exceptional execution capabilities.
