Job Description 工作職責: - To develop free hand business and focus on sales activity. 拓展自攬貨業(yè)務,專注于銷售任務。 - Get & send the potential sales lead. 把握市場行情,定期向公司提供潛在的銷售線索。 - Join call with the oversea/GND colleague to investigate the biz. 主動與海外辦公室/海外合作代理的同事聯(lián)系,調(diào)查以及掌握海外市場業(yè)務。 - To prepare and issue quotations for customers according to sales guidance. 為客戶提供報價,包括貨運咨詢和運輸方案等。 - Troubleshooting/solving of service problems for customers, answering customer inquiries. 及時處理客戶咨詢的問題。 - Providing friendly and professional service to our customers. 與客戶保持良好的溝通,實時把握客戶需求。為客戶提供友好、專業(yè)的服務,建立良好的長期合作關(guān)系; - To promote company's product to gain more business. 推廣公司產(chǎn)品以獲得更多業(yè)務。 - Submit the weekly report on time. 及時提交公司周報表。 - Provide the reflect the market info to the company. 把握市場行情,定期向公司提供市場信息。 Working Location: Shanghai 工作地點:上海 Requirement 崗位要求: - College degree or above, major in logistics or international trading is preferable. 大專以上學歷,物流/國際貿(mào)易專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮; - 2 years experience in freight forwarding industry. 2年或以上貨運代理行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗; - Fluent in spoken and written English. 良好的英語讀寫能力 - Work under pressure. 抗壓能力強; - Self-motivated, team-work. 良好團隊合作能力; - Have certain customer basic. 有一定客戶基礎(chǔ)。
