Job Description
Responsible for on-site daily operations such as accounting, receiving, loading/unloading, system maintenance etc.
負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)日常運(yùn)營(yíng)工作，如會(huì)計(jì)、收貨、裝卸、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)等。
Job Responsibilities
? Process and complete the operation system as per required, maintain the documents such as pick slip, delivery and POD etc based on internal SOP requests.
按照要求處理并完成操作系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)內(nèi)部標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序的要求維護(hù)諸如揀貨單、交貨單和簽收單等文件。
? Handle daily transport transactions, coordinate with transportation company timely, tracking and tracing the in-transit orders.
處理日常運(yùn)輸事務(wù)，及時(shí)與運(yùn)輸公司協(xié)調(diào)，跟蹤在途訂單。
? Handle cargo packing, loading/unloading at site.
負(fù)責(zé)貨物的包裝以及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的裝卸工作。
? Regularly stock check as required, report and handle backlog of materials timely.
定期進(jìn)行庫(kù)存檢查，及時(shí)上報(bào)并處理積壓的物料問(wèn)題。
? Strictly follow company policy and department operation guidelines, with cross-department coordination capabilities.
嚴(yán)格遵守公司政策和部門(mén)操作規(guī)范，并具備跨部門(mén)協(xié)作能力。
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree, majoring in logistics is good.
本科學(xué)歷，物流學(xué)專業(yè)等。
? Minimum 1-3 years’ working experience, particularly in warehouse will be prefer.
1 - 3 年的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有倉(cāng)庫(kù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者將優(yōu)先考慮。
Knowledge
? Basic English reading and writing skills, understand and use English version operating files and internal operating systems.
具備基礎(chǔ)的英語(yǔ)閱讀和寫(xiě)作能力，能夠理解并使用英文版本的操作文件以及內(nèi)部操作系統(tǒng)。
? The candidate who with forklift certificates is prefer.
有叉車(chē)操作證的候選人將優(yōu)先考慮。
? Familiar with computer, excel, word and internal system handling requirement.
熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)、Excel、Word以及內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)操作流程。
? Good learning and communication skills and teamwork attitude.
良好的學(xué)習(xí)與溝通能力以及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
