Major Responsibilities and Objectives: ? Collect PLS related documents from account managers for information input. ? Prepare general financial reports for leasing department. ? Handle tenant payment or financial enquiries effectively and efficiently. ? Assist in data input for sales report and budget planning.
Major Tasks & Activities: ? PLS update: new lease input, generate debit notes for periodic charges and ad-hoc charges, all PLS related documents regarding lease termination/renewal/relocation, deposit transfer/refund, all Form A/B/C etc. ? Prepare arrears reminder letters, 3 times a month. ? Prepare daily sales report, monthly sales report breakdown. ? Assist Portfolio Manager in rent roll updating, billing, and arrears management. ? Provide support on documentation and data analysis. ? Mail all debit notes and fapiao and maintain master contact list. ? Back up of Admin Assistant.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements ? At least 1 year working experience, preferable in accounting/finance or retail leasing supporting role. ? Basic spoken and written English. ? Good sense in internal control, especially for billing process and system input. ? PC knowledge in MS Windows (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
