General Responsibilities 主要工作職責(zé)
Fulfill the documentation job in daily operation in line with FEA/FIA IOP.
按照操作規(guī)范要求完成相關(guān)空運(yùn)進(jìn)出口單證工作。
Detailed Responsibilities 具體工作職責(zé)
Key in the data of GEE/DTT,in time and correctly.
及時(shí)并正確的錄入系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)。
Documents supporting to our operation colleagues.
根據(jù)要求，向操作提供單證支持。
Support OP for junior level communication with the internal/external customers.
按操作要求，和內(nèi)外部客戶進(jìn)行簡單溝通。
Closed jobs filing & recording.
整理完成的文件，記錄并歸檔。
Other tasks from the superior.
能完成其它臨時(shí)指定事務(wù)。
Qualifications
2026屆畢業(yè)生，一周出勤天數(shù)至少4天，全勤優(yōu)先，可長期實(shí)習(xí)。
Graduates of the class of 2026, attendance is at least 4 days a week (5 days is preferable), and can do long-term internship.
英語書面流利。
Fluent in written English.
