Track industry news and competitor pipeline in a timely manner, develop and update differentiated drug discovery strategies.
4、協(xié)助部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及商務(wù)/市場(chǎng)部門(mén)推廣抗體藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)。
Work with Senior Managers and BD/MKT teams to promote Drug Discovery services.
5、了解ADD相關(guān)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手公司服務(wù)內(nèi)容，對(duì)現(xiàn)有服務(wù)包裹進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和升級(jí)。

任職資格：
1、教育背景：
Education background:

PhD in immunology, biotechnology, or related discipline.
2、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
Work experience: （GxP work experience is required for GxP related activities）
優(yōu)先選擇具有抗體藥物開(kāi)發(fā)的工業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn).
Industry experience in antibody drug development strongly preferred.
3、能力與技能：
Ability and skills:
具有如下領(lǐng)域之一的專(zhuān)業(yè)背景：雜交瘤抗體發(fā)現(xiàn)，噬菌體文庫(kù)抗體篩選，抗體人源化/親和力成熟等工程改造，抗體體內(nèi)/外活性評(píng)估.
Experience in one of the following fields: Antibody generation by hybridoma, antibody generation by phage display, antibody engineering such as humanization/affinity maturation, in vitro/vivo antibody efficacy evaluation.
4、抗體發(fā)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理或團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn).
Experience in project management for antibody discovery project.
5、英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)流利.
Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
