【職位描述The Role】
校區(qū)副校長(zhǎng)（銷售服務(wù)經(jīng)理）負(fù)責(zé)校區(qū)的銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)及班主任團(tuán)隊(duì)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理，并達(dá)成銷售指標(biāo)。包括新生銷售，售后的班級(jí)管理，學(xué)習(xí)效果及學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)等所有相關(guān)的校區(qū)活動(dòng)管理。
The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for the full operation of sales and service department and achieving the sales target. This includes all pre-sale and post-sale activities in the center.
【工作職責(zé)Key Responsibilities】
?Operations - Work with the Director of Studies to implement the Operations Manual and to ensure teaching quality continually improves.
?Sales - Supervise the senior course consultant and the sales team to improve the sales process, monitor the sales team and meet budgeted
sales targets.
?Service – Supervise the senior customer relations office and the service
team to improve the service process and customer satisfaction, monitor the service team and meet budgeted retention sales targets.
?Recruiting and Training - Be in charge of local sales and service staff employment, ensure all staff receive appropriate training and participate in evaluations of them.
?Logistics - Ensure that all departments have timely and effective logistics support.
?Technology and Systems - Make sure IT and computer equipment meets the English First standard. Ensure that all relevant information is registered properly in the production system.
