Participate in the sourcing, negociating and
service comparing in cooperated manufacturers selection, and recommend to
supervisor in time.
跟進外協(xié)服務(wù)商的生產(chǎn)進度、交貨期以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的監(jiān)管，確保委托加工產(chǎn)品按時保質(zhì)完成;
Keep supervising the producing
process,product-delivery date and production quafication and gurantee to get
qualified products from external cooperated manufacuter on time.
與相關(guān)人員對外協(xié)委托產(chǎn)品的收發(fā)數(shù)量進行監(jiān)管，確保產(chǎn)品收發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確、清晰、有據(jù)可查；
Cooperating with related colleagues to
account and confirm the quantity of products from external manufactuers;
gurantee the data clear,precise and in tracking.
及時了解同類外協(xié)服務(wù)商的市場報價、工藝質(zhì)量水平以保證外協(xié)委托加工成本的有效控制；
Understand the market quotation, technology
level from all kinds external manufacturers; taking efficient controlling in
the cost.
對外協(xié)委托服務(wù)商進行管理，對出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題或延期交貨的服務(wù)商進行相關(guān)的考核、處罰;定期對外協(xié)委托服務(wù)商進行評估；
Manage products and service quality of
external manufacturers; taking periodical evaluation,punishment on external
manufacturers.
與生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場調(diào)度員、倉庫管理員、采購人員以及其他相關(guān)崗位人員就外協(xié)委托價格產(chǎn)品的到貨期、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量等問題，進行有效的協(xié)調(diào)與溝通；
