Design of packaging for components and systems for worldwide shipping with high quality and cost effective solution.
Areas of Responsibilities: -Computer-assisted development of product-specific packaging, taking into account regulatory as well as logistical and technological requirements; documentation for manufacturing and packing service providers. -Organization and execution of packing tests/test dispatches. -Implementation of the relevant global regulatory requirements. -Identification of costs and savings for packaging materials and packing services. -Professional consultancy for internal and external partners, e.g. for delivered packages. -Coordination of global packaging activities at Healthcare -Evaluation of transport damage and introduction of measures -Consulting, implementation and evaluation of technical transport monitoring -Project management of redesign and analysis projects -Analyses of complete process chains (packaging, transport, transshipment, until end customer) -> deriving fields of action/demand/potential -Co-operate in the process design for global packaging development processes -Co-operate in the design and implementation of global packaging "Baukasten"
Contacts (internal/external): Close collaboration with PM, SPR, SCM, CS, QA, BL R&D of Siemens Healthineers China and global team. Close collaboration with package suppliers, test labs and other solution providers.
