崗位職責
Post responsibility:
1. 通過電話、郵件向客戶介紹奧曼克培訓課程,與客戶建立聯(lián)系。根據(jù)銷售計劃推廣奧曼克培訓課程。
Introduce OMNEX training courses to customers via telephone 、mail and establish contact with customers. Promote OMNEX training courses as per sales plan.
2. 從數(shù)據(jù)庫中打陌生電話,產(chǎn)生新的線索,處理查詢,了解需求并提供培訓建議。
Make Cold calls from database, generate new leads, Handle queries, understand requirements and offer proposal for training.
3. 與客戶保持良好的關系,良好的溝通,跟進并簽訂合同。
Maintain good relationship with customers, have good communication, follow-up and close contracts.
4. 按時完成工作計劃,建立潛在客戶、公司和學員的數(shù)據(jù)庫。
Complete the work plan ontime, set up a database of potential customers, companies and students.
5. 定期參加會議和培訓,完成銷售日報,等其他工作。
Attend regular meetings and training, complete Daily Sales Report and monthly report with the sales & marketing team etc.
任職要求
Qualifications:
1. 大專及以上學歷,經(jīng)驗不限,想長期從事銷售行業(yè),普通話標準;
Junior College degree or above, no limit of experience, want to have a long-term career in the sales industry, standard Mandarin;
2. 具備良好的溝通能力,適應挑戰(zhàn);
Good communication skills, adapt to challenges;
3. 具備合作精神,樂觀的態(tài)度,良好的服務意識,高度的責任感;
Have the spirit of cooperation, teamwork, optimistic attitude, good sense of service, a high sense of responsibility;
4. 儀表整潔,談吐得體,具有專業(yè)精神和個人風格, 誠實守信;
Clean appearance, proper speech, professional spirit and personal style, honest and trustworthy;
5. 熱愛培訓行業(yè),想長期或在2-3年內(nèi)從事此項工作。
Passionate about training industry and want to do it for a long time or 2-3 years.
