Purpose of the Role:
The Digital Commerce Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Company’s eCommerce operations. This includes managing technical relationships, maintaining system performance, providing support to partners, and driving digital innovation. This role aims to ensure a seamless consumer experience, maximize operational efficiency, and support business growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to provide operational insights and drive innovative solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
System Performance & Maintenance
? Oversee the technical operations of digital systems that directly impact customers, including SFCC, SFMC, OMS, PIM, and Marketplaces.
? Ensure the efficient functioning and performance of these systems.
? Manage technical relationships with all digital vendors and stakeholders for system maintenance and upgrades.
? Conduct technical analysis of scheduled release of the Digital system platform
Partner Technical Support
? Manage the ticketing system and sprint planning with the technical support partner, MSS (currently OSF), for efficient issue resolution and project delivery.
? Supervise technical support partner activities to ensure streamlined operations and resource allocation. Coordinate the integration of external partners with internal systems.
Digital Operation Support
? Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide operational insights and support the development of fit-for-purpose solutions.
? Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to identify operational requirements and drive effective solutions.
? Ensure timely resolution of technical issues raised by Digital Commerce Solution Architect.
Digital Innovation
? Work closely with the Digital Innovation team to understand user requirements and propose solution.
? Define system requirement specifications for new developments.
? Manage quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or information Technology).
? At least 3 years in managing eCommerce Platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus)
? Proficiency in JavaScript for platform customization and development is a plus
? Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools GitHub
? Experience in Agile and sprint planning with familiarity with Jira.
? Experience in system maintenance, performance optimization, and project management.
? Proficiencies in both English and Chinese
