?崗位職責(zé)?

1. 負(fù)責(zé)保險(xiǎn)理賠案件的受理、審核、調(diào)查及結(jié)案工作，確保理賠流程合規(guī)、高效。

2. 核實(shí)客戶提交的理賠材料，評(píng)估損失情況，判斷是否符合保險(xiǎn)條款約定。

3. 與客戶、醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、第三方機(jī)構(gòu)（如交警、鑒定中心）溝通，收集必要證據(jù)。

4. 處理理賠爭議，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部資源解決復(fù)雜案件，提升客戶滿意度。

5. 遵守公司合規(guī)要求，確保理賠操作符合監(jiān)管規(guī)定。

?任職資格?

?1. 教育背景?

· 本科及以上學(xué)歷，保險(xiǎn)、金融、法律、醫(yī)學(xué)（臨床/法醫(yī)方向）或相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。

· 持有保險(xiǎn)從業(yè)資格證、公估師資格證者優(yōu)先。

· 英語專業(yè)四級(jí)或者大學(xué)英語六級(jí)以上水平。

?2. 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)?

· 2年以上保險(xiǎn)理賠相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉車險(xiǎn)、財(cái)產(chǎn)險(xiǎn)或健康險(xiǎn)理賠流程。

· 有大型保險(xiǎn)公司或第三方理賠服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

?3. 專業(yè)技能?

· 精通保險(xiǎn)條款、理賠實(shí)務(wù)及法律法規(guī)（如《保險(xiǎn)法》《民法典》相關(guān)條款）。

· 熟練使用理賠系統(tǒng)、辦公軟件（Excel、Word、PPT）及數(shù)據(jù)分析工具。

· 具備基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)（如健康險(xiǎn)理賠）或車輛定損知識(shí)（如車險(xiǎn)理賠）者優(yōu)先。
