工作職責 | Responsibilities 1. 客戶開發(fā):與市場團隊協(xié)作,跟進海外銷售線索,開拓大宗商品資訊業(yè)務的國際化機會。Account Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on sales leads and explore new international business opportunities in commodity market intelligence services. 2. 客戶服務:協(xié)調與分析師及其他團隊的合作,解決客戶在試用及使用過程中的問題與需求。 Account Service: Coordinate with commodity analysts and other teams to address customer inquiries and issues during their trial and usage phases. 3. 客戶關系維護:建立并維護與客戶的長期合作關系,深入了解客戶需求,提供量身定制的Mysteel解決方案;通過定期客戶拜訪,挖掘平臺內的業(yè)務增長潛力。Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to gain insights into their needs and deliver tailored Mysteel solutions. Conduct regular customer visits to identify growth opportunities within the Mysteel platform. 4. 銷售運營支持:完成相關銷售報告,處理其他銷售運營相關事務。 Sales Operations Support: Prepare relevant sales reports and manage other sales operational matters as needed. 崗位要求 | Job Requirements 1. 2-3年市場或銷售相關經(jīng)驗,具備大宗商品行業(yè)背景者優(yōu)先。2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales; familiarity with the commodity market is a plus. 2. 具備強烈的進取心和贏的心態(tài),積極主動,目標導向。Highly motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed. 3. 出色的中英文溝通能力,能夠流利地進行商務交流。Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to conduct business conversations fluently. 4. 具備團隊合作精神,工作勤奮,正直可靠。Strong team player with a diligent work ethic and a high level of integrity.
