Main DutiesResponsible for 1. Costing - a) Leading factory costing activities for, including but not limited to Open budget/Structural Line/Planning line/Year-end standard cost release. b) Supporting new product programs costing works on new product top-down and bottom-up cost, working with PMT on target cost setting, tracking and changing analysis, calculating quality of cost. c) Supporting factory continuous improvement project costing works, be a key driver in understanding real cost to support further decision making. d) Inter-factory component transfer pricing calculation and quotation preparation. 2. Inventory management- a) Guiding the factory inventory counting process, counting variance verification, counting results recon and variance posting b) Provide inventory days on hand report to management team to support working capital turnover improvement, enhance operation efficiency. c) Inventory risk management to support global property insurance assessment process. 3. Closing & Forecasting - a) Responsible for costing and inventory management related closing activities, including production variance analysis and adjustment, inventory provision, cost element reclassification and inventory actualization adjustment. b) Working with factory function team on inventory forecasting for Raw, WIP and CG, trend analysis to support planning and forecast process. 4. Project management - a) Attend and support new product program management meetings, phase review meetings, PIW meetings, TPC meetings. b) Review Master Schedule and align FMTC activities and steps with program schedule c) Incorporate the plans to eliminate the gap between the preliminary top-down and bottom-up costing analysis. d) Review FMTC target costing process lessons learned from similar programs 5. Internal Control – a) Ensure all costing and inventory management activities be in accordance with worldwide accounting manual and SOX requirements, to maintain a strong internal control environment. b) Support internal audit and external audit on costing and inventory management related work. Required: Above 5 years’ experience in accounting & finance At least 2-3 years’ experience in costing and inventory management within manufacturing. Be familiar with SAP systems and cost management software Workable English skills Desired: Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau Good cross function communication skills Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in accounting and finance area.
