崗位職責(zé):
1. Serve as the internal expert on Talent Development (TD) philosophy and frameworks, providing strategic TD advisory to senior leadership and HR team.
2. Participate in the design of systematic talent development plans aligned with global talent strategy, continuously optimizing talent standards and driving implementation.
3. Develop and implement leadership development framework and programs(E.g. global leadership rotation)to enhance the organization’s leadership capability, managing succession planning process focusing on building bench strength to meet current and future business needs.
4. Design and implementation of other talent development practices,such as talent review,talent evaluation for key positions.
5. Design and conduct other talent development related programs
任職要求:
1. 8+ Years of work experience with HR hands-on experience in multinational corporations, with at least 5 years specializing in talent development, leadership programs, or organizational development (global project experience preferred).
2. Having practical operational experience in talent standard establishment, talent evaluation, talent review, succession planning for key positions, etc.
3. Be good at project management, be able to design and implement the project independently.
4. Be able to deal with ambiguity and pressure and have strong learning capability, as well as problem solving capability.
5. Be good at data analysis, have strong logic thinking.
6. A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
7. Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
