Your key responsibilities
As a member of the Quantitative Services in Business Tax Services department, you'll make technical contributions to R&D related tax advisory engagements, informatics advisory engagements and internal data management and tool developments.
Skills and attributes for success
? The work would mainly concentrate on providing technical analysis of tax consulting projects specifically Interviews with the clients to understand clients' business operation.
? Identify and analyses core technology and technical challenge of a new product or R&D project of the clients.
? Prepare technical papers of the clients' R&D projects based on the interview & discussion with clients, deep dive data and technology analysis, i.e., goal, R&D process, and result of the R&D projects.
? Learn relevant regulatory requirements, approaches, and procedures.
? Build strong internal relationships across other tax sub service lines.
? Internal data management and digital tools development.
? Other ad-hoc activities.
To qualify for the role, you must have
? An advanced degree in computer science, engineering, technology, mathematics, etc.
? A solid IT background is preferred.
? At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in industrial company with R&D related experience (Product development/ Project manager etc.) and background.
? Positive attitude, willingness to stand up to challenges and good teaming spirits.
? Fast learning ability and open to explore new industrial section.
? Capability in intensive heavy workload includes but not limited to business trip.
? Willing to communicate with both internal and external clients.
Ideally, you’ll also have
? Tax or finance knowledge.
? Cross-function experience in industrial company.
? Certifications on PMP or other professional identification.
