工作職責(zé)
  • ??根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求，負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)行投資項(xiàng)目及其他相關(guān)項(xiàng)目的估值分析，并向客戶提供專業(yè)估值咨詢服務(wù)；
  • ??審閱和分析外部評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)出具的估值工作底稿及報(bào)告，撰寫審閱備忘錄，為審計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供支持；
  • ??構(gòu)建及分析財(cái)務(wù)模型，執(zhí)行財(cái)務(wù)分析工作（包括歷史業(yè)績(jī)回顧、財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)測(cè)與自由現(xiàn)金流分析）；
  • ??開展行業(yè)調(diào)研及權(quán)益研究，并通過(guò)多種渠道獲取并分析相關(guān)信息；
  • ??運(yùn)用??收益法、市場(chǎng)法或成本法??評(píng)估公司或資產(chǎn)（包括金融工具及無(wú)形資產(chǎn)）價(jià)值。
任職要求
  • 為獲得此職位，我們更傾向于您具備以下領(lǐng)域的技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
  • ??持有金融、會(huì)計(jì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士或以上學(xué)位；
  • ??持有CFA, CPV, CPA , FRM等專業(yè)資格證書或其他同等資格證書者優(yōu)先；
  • ??具備??出色的分析判斷能力、邏輯思維能力及研究技能；
  • ??具備良好的中英文溝通及報(bào)告撰寫能力；
  • ??能夠獨(dú)立準(zhǔn)確地構(gòu)建復(fù)雜的財(cái)務(wù)模型，并清晰列報(bào)支持性分析；
  • ??具備Capital IQ、彭博、路透、萬(wàn)得、同花順等數(shù)據(jù)咨詢工具使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Your key responsibilities
  • Conducts valuation on investment and other job assignments when required and provide valuation advisory to clients
  • Review and analyze valuation workings/reports issued by other valuation firms and prepare review memo in order to assist audit teams
  • Develop and analyze financial models and perform financial analyses (historical performance review, financial forecast and free cash flow analysis)
  • Conduct industry and equity research and analyze information obtained from various channels
  • Appraise company or asset values (financial instrument and intangible asset) using income approach, market approach or asset-based approach
To qualify for the role you must have
We’re looking for people with functional knowledge and diversified background in the following areas:
  • Degree holder in finance, accounting, economics or related disciplines
  • Holding or currently studying professional qualifications such as CFA, CPV, CPA or FRM is preferred (but not essential)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities and research skills
  • Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and forecasts is preferred
  • Experience using financial data platforms such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Reuters, Wind, or iFind is preferred
