Responsibilities:
1) Assist with the Manager's travel arrangements (including vehicle bookings, flight reservations, restaurant reservations, and hotel accommodations).
2) Manage the Manager's expense reimbursement.
3) Handle invoicing, expense requisition submission, and payment tracking for projects overseen by the Manager.
4) Responsible for organizing and archiving departmental documents.
5) Maintain and update project status information for the Manager's projects in the system.
6) Assist the Manager in organizing various department-wide activities.
7) Facilitate work communication between the Manager and other departments.
8) Provide other administrative support to the Manager.
Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree holder or above, at least 1 years' relevant experience.
2) Good communication and English skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading);
3) Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
4) Good command of spoken and written Chinese Mandarin, proficiency in Cantonese will be an advantage.
5) Independent, detail-minded, well-organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

任職要求:
1) 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,至少1年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
2) 良好的溝通能力及英語水平(聽說讀寫流利)。
3) 熟練使用辦公軟件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)及中文文檔處理。
4) 普通話流利,具備粵語能力者優(yōu)先。
5) 獨立細心、條理清晰,具備優(yōu)秀的溝通及人際交往能力。
