Team Assistant - Facilitate smooth communications to ensure to day to day work efficiently 1. Be as assistant to support Function Heads on: -Travel & Claim: Book hotels, flights, transportations; Prepare travel expense report, support travel expense reimbursement - Driver arrangement - Ad-hoc 2.Office administration work - Order stationeries and event/activities/project supplies. - Keep the office facilities in good conditions and request service from in-house service groups; - Support and coordinate office movement if any. - Place PO(purchase order) and handle GR in responsible scope. - Support internal office communication from RE and EHS team. - Support new comer on-boarding process (stationeries preparation, laptop ordering etc.) - Support Intern hiring/on-boarding process 3.Preparation of documents in assistance to Functions Heads and Manager upon request. 4. Ad-hoc - Support meeting set up (etc. video conference set up) - Support team event/activity/program Contacts: Internal: Department Heads, Procurement team, RE(Real Estate) team, EHS team, other assistants/secretaries, team members External: vendors , etc. Requirements: ? 1 to 3 years in a corresponding function ? Be able to read and reply email in English. ? Experience in organizing team activity is a plus ? Experience in international working environment is a plus ? Good communication and interpersonal skills ? Admin management ? Strong team player ? MS Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
