Job Title: Supplier Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description:
Our Sourcing team is the main point of contact for suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies. We ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability. We solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term / long-term business goals. Ensure business strategies are followed for fulfillment, quality in order to deliver on time customer's orders, with the proper quality.
As Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be collaborating with Suppliers and interacting with the Platform Procurement Organization to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategy. Also you will be cooperating with Suppliers, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans and keeping all main metrics on target.
As Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:
? Provide oversight to suppliers or projects fulfillment. Act as the primary point of contact on all service level issues and resolution.
? Giving the visibility to Internal customer on Supplier plan, preventing and managing priorities & criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plan, handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about fulfillment status and coordination services rendered
? Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing / Project Management urgencies
? Collaborating with commodity leader/SQE/Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.
? Coordinating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency;
? Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
To be successful in this role you will:
? Show a good experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain
? Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areas
? Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment
? Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems
? Show an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.
? Be fluent in English
? Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance or alternative MBA
