主要工作職責: Job responsibilities: 1. 根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,執(zhí)行市場開發(fā)及銷售計劃。 According to the company's strategy, develop and execute market development plan. 2. 支持或主導全周期銷售流程(從客戶線索挖掘到訂單落地),完成年度銷售目標。 Support and be responsible for full sales cycle (lead generation to order fulfillment) and achieve annual sales targets. 3. 維護客戶關系,提升客戶黏性。 Maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts to enhance customer loyalty. 4. 協(xié)同市場部策劃行業(yè)展會、技術研討會等品牌活動。 Partner with the marketing team to organize trade shows, technical seminars, and branding initiatives. 5. 定期進行銷售相關內容分析以配合公司最新的銷售策略。 Make regular industry reports and analysis and follow updated sales strategies accordingly. 6. 公司管理層,員工手冊和直屬領導交辦事項與職責。 All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management. 任職資格: Qualification: 1. 本科以上學歷,機械、食品飲料工程、生產(chǎn)自動化專業(yè)優(yōu)先。具有2年以上設備制造業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗。 Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Food & Beverage Engineering, or Production Automation. 2+ years of sales experience in the equipment manufacturing industry. 2. 英語能力:聽說讀寫流利。 Excellent in English. 3. 出色的談判能力及客戶管理技巧。 Excellent negotiation ability and client management skills. 4. 熟悉相關生產(chǎn)工藝流程,能與客戶技術團隊對話。 In-depth understanding of production processes and ability to engage with technical teams 5. 積極主動,務實誠信,抗壓能力強。 Proactive, pragmatic and honest, strong ability to withstand pressure.
