Providing timely, high quality medical and scientific information of Novartis Gen Med related disease arear to optimizing internal and external customer communications.Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
Medical Information support
? Create and deliver timely responses to unsolicited medical information inquiries/requests from HCPs in a multi-media environment and record information according to Novartis and regulatory guidelines
? Update FAQ by product in combination with MINova database
? Do data reconciliation of medical inquiries with Patient Safety department and Product Quality department separately every month, ensure no violation on AE and PC reporting according to Novartis MI SOP&WP. ? Staff medical information booths for acedamic conference in assigned disease area.
Medical Reiew
? Conduct medical review of promotional/nonpromotional materials for assigned disease areas ? Conduct medical review of non-standard activities ? Cross-function communication to support activities and materials review Customer Insight ? Provide customer insight analysis to Medical, Marketing, Sales for business opportunity
? Collaborate with product team to provide MI update to Internal & external customer
? Support mature product lifecycle and new product launch ? Involve in other channels of communicating with customers such as website and conference where appropriate

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
Education: Master and above degree in Medical Science, Pharmacology or Biologic Science
Languages: Good verbal and written English skills.
Experience:
– More than 1 years experience in pharmaceutical industry based Drug Information Delivery or equivalent industry experience.
– Knowledge of Novartis products and organization; understanding of clinical, registration and marketing processes
– Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
– Understanding of the information needs for various customer segments
– Clinical experience is prefered – Medical review experience is prefered
