1. Position Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining core customer resources in the precision machining field. By formulating and implementing effective sales strategies, deeply exploring market demands, ensuring the achievement of the sales performance targets set by the company.
2. Main Responsibilities
2.1 Strategy and Planning:
Participate in the formulation and implementation of annual and quarterly sales strategies, plans and budgets.
Analyze the market trends of precision machining, the dynamics of competitors, and customer demands, and use this information to provide a basis for the company's product positioning and strategic adjustments.
Expand new customers in the valve industry.
Expand into new market sectors and application industries (such as aerospace, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, new energy vehicles, robotics, etc.).
2.2 Customer Development and Management:
Explore customers and opportunities through exhibitions, phone calls, etc.
Participate in the negotiation of quotations, technical clarification and contract signing processes for major projects.
Regularly visit key customers, deeply understand their technical requirements, quality standards and procurement processes, and establish a solid trust relationship.
Handle major customer complaints and after-sales issues, and coordinate internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
2.3 Internal collaboration:
As the core communication bridge between customers and the internal departments (projects, engineering, production, quality, procurement) of the company, ensure that customer needs are accurately understood and efficiently implemented.
Collaborate with the project management department to monitor the production progress of key projects and ensure that orders are delivered on time.
Feedback the market information and customers' suggestions for product quality and process improvement to the technical/production department.
2.4 Data Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales data, predict future sales volume, and manage the sales funnel (Pipeline).
Regularly submit sales performance reports, market analysis reports and work summaries to the management.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
College degree or above, with a preference for majors such as mechanical manufacturing, material forming, mechatronics, and marketing.
2.Work Experience:
Over 5 years of sales experience in the precision machining industry, with at least 2 years of experience in managing sales teams.
Having extensive knowledge in areas such as CNC milling, CNC turning, turn-mill combination, and five-axis processing, and being able to understand mechanical drawings and technical requirements.
Have a proven track record of developing new customers from scratch and successfully converting them into long-term and stable cooperative clients.
Those who are familiar with quality management systems such as ISO 9001/AS9100/IATF 16949 will be given priority.
3.Core Competence:
Market and Customer Insights: Deeply understand the precision processing market and have the ability to keenly identify business opportunities.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills: Capable of having effective communication with all levels of clients (from engineers to purchasing directors), with excellent business negotiation and contract signing abilities.
Teamwork ability: Possess excellent cross-departmental coordination and resource integration skills.
Result-oriented: Strong motivation for achievement, oriented towards goals and results, capable of withstanding pressure and coordinating the team to complete challenging tasks.
Problem-solving ability: Capable of responding quickly and providing solutions when confronted with complex customer demands and technical issues.
4. Priority Considerations
Having a well-established customer base and network of contacts in any of the high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace, medical devices, automobiles, semiconductors or robotics.
Familiar with communication with overseas customers and export business processes, with proficient English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
Those with training in project management (PMP) or systematic sales methods (such as SPIN selling, solution-based selling) will be given priority.
