殘疾人崗位報(bào)關(guān)單證出口發(fā)票開票
職位描述：
1. 報(bào)關(guān)單證準(zhǔn)備，出口貨物國(guó)稅發(fā)票開票登記；
2. 協(xié)助報(bào)關(guān)公司辦理報(bào)關(guān)手續(xù)，確保出口順利進(jìn)行；
3. 協(xié)助海關(guān)網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)錄入或維護(hù)，如原產(chǎn)地證（FORM E&N&A&K等）的準(zhǔn)備，復(fù)核和簽發(fā)正式證書，授權(quán)非分包代理報(bào)關(guān)；
4. 根據(jù)銷售和客戶的要求安排樣品和促銷目錄。協(xié)助向客戶分發(fā)證書/報(bào)告等；
5. 協(xié)助通過(guò)Lotus（國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)貨）和Excel表格（出口發(fā)貨）對(duì)貨運(yùn)/報(bào)關(guān)行賬單進(jìn)行復(fù)核和申請(qǐng)；
6. 文件快遞安排，包括網(wǎng)上下單，打印，蓋章等。每周整理紙質(zhì)文件；
7. 跟進(jìn)所有指派的與客服部門運(yùn)作有關(guān)的事宜。

1. Customs documents preparation, national tax invoice billing registration for export shipments;
2. Assist in customs declaration process with customs broker to make sure the export process successfully;
3. Assist in Customs website data entry or maintain, like certificate of origin (FORM E&N&A&K etc..) preparation, double check and issue formal certificate, authorize non-subcontract broker to do customs declaration;
4. Arrange samples and promotional catalogues arrangement required by sales and customers. Assist in distributes certificates/report etc. to customers;
5. Assist in freight/customs broker bill double check and application via Lotus (domestic shipment) and excel form (export shipment);
6. Document courier arrangement including place order online, printing, chopping,etc. Paper documents filing every week;
7. Follow up all the issues related to CSD's operation once there are.
