財務(wù)分析成本管理稅務(wù)管理集團公司英語流利貨運/物流/倉儲
崗位職責:
1. Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including daily accounting, budgeting, banking and cash flow management, intercompany transactions and reconciliations, tax compliance, and preparation of internal financial reports.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve group financial policies, internal control frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
3. Prepare and finalize comprehensive financial and management reports independently, ensuring timely submission to relevant stakeholders.
4. Lead and complete annual financial audits (both local and group level), including statutory audits, online tax filings, settlements, and regulatory inspections such as industry and commercial annual reviews.
5. Coordinate and manage payment applications for different business units in line with company payment SOPs, ensuring timely execution within agreed credit terms.
6. Act as the key liaison for Hong Kong statutory audits, ensuring a smooth audit process and timely lodgment of corporate income tax filings.
7. Review supplier and customer agreements and other legal documents, providing commercial insights and recommendations to product managers and the Group CFO.
8. Manage insurance arrangements for Smart Parcel operations, ensuring optimal coverage at competitive terms.
9. Drive and support company restructuring initiatives, including legal entity setup, intercompany arrangements, asset reallocation, and compliance restructuring, in collaboration with legal, tax, and business stakeholders.
10. Handle selected HR and administrative matters as delegated by the senior management team.
11. Perform any other ad hoc tasks or strategic assignments as required.
任職要求:
1.Education in accounting, finance or related specialty, bachelor degree or above
2.With more than 5 years of accounting practice and management experience;
Logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, experience is preferred;
3.Have good work ethic and communication skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and self-management;
Good team spirit;
Well organized with attention to details;
Strong hands-on capabilities, meticulous, and able to work independently on specific tasks.
4.Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written, with ability to write formal business correspondences, internal circulars and instructions manual in dual language and simultaneous translation capabilities during formal business meetings.
