崗位要求:
1.本科學(xué)歷,英語水平良好;
2.具備較強的責(zé)任心及良好的溝通能力;
3.五年以上客服經(jīng)驗。
JOB SUMMARY:
1.Doing Customer satisfaction survey and Customer service target management.
2.Order management, Order proceeding in the factory which including placing order in the system, checking the order status and delivery. Keeping contact with the customer about the order status and making sure the orders to be shipped on time and as the customer’s requirement.
3.Timely update forecast and booking data in SAP system, timely maintain customers’ information in system.
4.Handling the customer’s complain. While receiving the customer’s complain, CS Rep. should support the department concerned actively to work out an improvement plan to the customer, push the implement of the improvement plan. Making sure the complaint to be solved in time and satisfy the customer.
5.Communicate with customer and functional teams , clean up liability from mass production or EOL.
6.Analyze the customer orders via system, providing the data support to the top management for decision- making.
