職位描述
崗位職責(zé):
1. Lead the cause analysis and improvement of the yield/efficiency abnormality of the station to reach the KPI target;
1.主導(dǎo)本工位的良率/效率異常的原因分析和改善,達(dá)到KPI目標(biāo);
2. Take the lead in dealing with the production line abnormalities. If they can't deal with them in time, they will send them to the manager and team for negotiation
2.主導(dǎo)對(duì)產(chǎn)線異常處理,處理不了及時(shí)highlihgt給經(jīng)理和team協(xié)商解決.
3. Leading station parameter setting/programming tool optimization/process selection/production line sample board/productivity optimization/production line yield improvement/process and equipment research, and DOE testing for tracking, data collection, analysis and feedback.
3.主導(dǎo)工位參數(shù)設(shè)定/程序編寫工具優(yōu)化/工藝選擇/產(chǎn)線樣品板/產(chǎn)能優(yōu)化/產(chǎn)線良率改善/制程及設(shè)備研究,DOE測(cè)試進(jìn)行跟蹤與收集數(shù)據(jù)分析和反饋。
4. Write and update work instructions (including maintenance);
4.撰寫和更新工位作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書(含保養(yǎng))等;
5. Equipment incoming inspection, installation, calibration and measurement equipment CPK&GRG, fault repair support and maintenance;
5.設(shè)備進(jìn)貨檢驗(yàn)、安裝校準(zhǔn)測(cè)量設(shè)備CPK&GRG、故障維修支持、維護(hù);
6. Assist in the evaluation of new process and new equipment at the station;
6.協(xié)助新制程及工位新設(shè)備的評(píng)估;
7. Product failure analysis, analyze the quality problems in each stage (trial production, mass production, market feedback), and provide analysis plans;
7.產(chǎn)品失效分析,對(duì)各個(gè)階段(試產(chǎn),量產(chǎn),市場(chǎng)反饋)的質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析,給出分析方案;
8. Simulation and optimization of leading station CT and cost assessment
8.主導(dǎo)工位CT及成本評(píng)估的模擬及優(yōu)化
9. Assist PDE in identifying and solving risks such as design/material/process of new products at NPI stage
9.協(xié)助PDE在NPI階段對(duì)新產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)/材料/工藝等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別并解決
10. LQ related data shall be reviewed and submitted to the team to ensure that the station can meet the needs of LQ smoothly.
10.LQ相關(guān)資料審核并提交給Team及確保工位順暢滿足LQ的需求。
11. Report to the engineering manager and complete the tasks assigned by the manager
11.匯報(bào)給工程經(jīng)理并完成經(jīng)理分配的任務(wù).
崗位要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2. Fluent in English reading and writing;
2.英文讀寫流利;
3. Master SMT assembly process and FPC process specification;
3.精通SMT組裝工藝,了解FPC工藝規(guī)范;
4. Understand relevant knowledge of process materials and reliability failure analysis;
4.了解工藝材料及可靠性失效分析相關(guān)知識(shí);
5. Skilled equipment maintenance and programming ability, including printing machine (DEK, MPM)/mounting machine (YAMAHA series, Panasonic series)/reflow machine (BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/automatic dispensing machine;
5.熟練的設(shè)備維護(hù)和編程能力,包含印刷機(jī)(DEK,MPM)/貼片機(jī)(YAMAHA系列,松下系列)/回流機(jī)(BTU/VITRONICS/ERSA)/自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機(jī);
6. Be familiar with SMT manufacturing process, be able to analyze product defects and propose improvement methods according to equipment and fixture capabilities;

7. Master and use DOE;

8. Quality improvement process and data analysis methods (such as seven QC techniques, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, QCC, 6Sigma, etc.);
8.質(zhì)量改善流程與數(shù)據(jù)分析方法(如QC七大手法,DFMEA 、PFMEA、CP、QCC、6Sigma等);
9. Understand the R&D project management including EI/ESI, NPI/TPI, and product import related processes and input and output components;

10. Master FMEA and Control Plan;

12. Be familiar with SPC, MSA and other statistical control methods;

14. SMT related work experience of more than 5 years, and SMT equipment experience of more than 3 years
14.SMT相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)5年以上,3年以上SMT設(shè)備經(jīng)驗(yàn).
