職責要求：

1.本科以上學歷（濕工藝需化學、化工、機械類相關專業(yè)，干工藝需機械、電子、自動化類相關專業(yè)）;

2.從事Flex工藝3年或PCB5年以上技術經(jīng)歷;

7.英語聽說讀寫俱佳;

8.負責工藝文件的編寫和完善, 保證所負責各工段的正常運行, 進行有效的process control; 不斷的提高成品率和工作效率，主導各項試驗的實施，報告給部門經(jīng)理;
Responsible for process documents establishment and update termly, make sure the responsible process under control and normal operation, set up the effective process control; constantly improve the yield and working efficiency,degisn and lead the engineering experience test, report to group manager.
