Position Account abilities:
Responsibility for achieving Sales targets
To work with product team to develop existing clients or potential clients on Land
Transport business include: Domestic Road/ Asia Landbridge/ Eurasia Landbridge in
generating and concluding transportation business opportunities
Delivers co-ordination of end-to-end business development process:
Customer interface with the aim to build good customer/corporate relationships
Pricing / commercial analysis
Proposal generation
Close work with branch field sales to develop land opportunities for growth target
Identification of potential customers and building relationships through proactive &
reactive business proposals
Requirement:
Passionate; Ambition; Target result driven; Under pressure
Minimum 2 years’ experience in related industry, Express/Line haul/LTL/Trucking
platform background is preferred
Experience in 3PL Contract Management, transportation operation
Familiar with local logistics market, competition, and customer/product category is
preferred
Good communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
Own sales distribution channels and customer resources would be an advantage
KPI measurement:
Target contract/realized revenue fulfillment monthly or quarterly
Sales call and customer visit daily or weekly
Qualified RFQ or enquiry weekly and monthly
Pipeline and sales cloud quality and maintenance
