Key Responsibilities:
?Ideate, develop, produce and manage end to end production of short form video content and trailers for digital and broadcast platforms
?Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, CP, GCD) and external vendors to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals
?Manage approvals and feedback from stakeholders
?Manage creative budgets and assist with project documentation, including vendor agreements, onboarding new vendors, and processing payments.
?Foster and unlock partnerships with platforms and other brands to expand content reach and impact.
?Conduct market research and share relevant case studies to inform and shape our creative strategy.
?Stay up to date with content trends, platform specs, requirements and audience behavior
GENERAL SKILL-SETS
?Strong understanding of promo production and short form video requirements.
?Proficiency in scriptwriting, nonlinear editing (Adobe Premiere), GFX and post-production supervision.
?Experience with production management tools such as Monday.com or similar platforms.
?Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
?Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to unlock partnerships and drive content initiatives.
?Experience in creating content for kids and parents is highly desirable.
?Bonus: Experience handling a camera or shooting mobile-first content.
?Language Requirements: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong speaking and writing skills in Chinese, and the ability to conduct business discussions fluently in English.
FUNCTION REQUIREMENTS
Years of experience:
?Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative or production agency, with a specialization in short form content.
Study:
?A bachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Media Studies, Advertising/ Marketing, Communications or Film Production
Specific skills/ knowledge:
?Passion for the animation + kids’ industry.
?Experience in working with global brands
?Hands on experience with pre-production, production and post production processes
?Strong skills in managing creative teams – vendors, freelancers, budgets
?Familiar with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very organized where presentation of information is concerned.
?Outstanding Chinese writing skills, also fluent in English speaking and writing.
?Very logical thought process where logical reasoning is concerned.
?Up to date with the current design trends, pop culture, media
?Able to bring fresh and creative new ideas and solutions to the table.
?A self-starter, highly resourceful with a hands-on approach to responsibilities.
?Great team player, committed to building good relationships with other departments and work well in a matrix and international organization.
?Skilled in Microsoft Office and key computer programs, and some other creative tools like Adobe, Final Cut
