Years of experience:
5+ years of relevant marketing and social media/brand management experience.
Study:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Business, Marketing, Communications, or Media related fields
Specific skills/ knowledge:
- Passion for the animation + kids’ industry
- Marketing Social media and Brand-management
experience - Very detailed, and results oriented
- Proven experience in developing marketing
campaigns and social media plans - Great project management skills, solid
multi-tasking ability and knowing what to prioritize - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
very organized where presentation of information is concerned
Duties:
Nickelodeon Brand Management
- Develop business and brand social strategies that
communicate a compelling value proposition for our target audience - Be the brand ambassador for both internal and
external partners - Deliver strong brand training and support to internal
and external parties
Nickelodeon Marketing
- Develop and execute highly effective brand marketing
campaigns for the Greater China region, including China, Hong Kong and
Taiwan. Consolidate resources/parties and deliver with excellent project
management, execution, and promotions - Leverage co-marketing activities with affiliates and
partners, to drive brand reach, acquisition and retention of subscribers - Work with designer to develop campaign key visuals
and collaterals for adaptation across all platforms
Nickelodeon Social Media Management
- Devise and drive Nick China social media strategy to
grow platforms reach and engagement. - Ensure that brand social strategies communicate a
compelling value proposition for our target audience. - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing
social data/metrics, insights, and then acting on the information. - Provide regular post reports for key social media
campaigns.
