職位描述

器件選型電氣機械/電力設備
資格條件:
1. 精通多繞組移相變壓器設計，涵蓋絕緣、電磁、熱力與機械設計領域
2. 具備變壓器設計經(jīng)驗，熟悉設計規(guī)范、工具及關鍵質量指標（CTQs）
3. 擁有中壓傳動系統(tǒng)變壓器的豐富應用經(jīng)驗。
4. 熟悉變壓器制造流程，精通設計與過程中的質量控制
5. 電氣工程或相關專業(yè)本科（碩士優(yōu)先），具備優(yōu)秀的英語書面及口語溝通能力
6. 三年以上相關工作經(jīng)驗
崗位職責：
1. 主導變壓器技術規(guī)范制定 。
2. 審核供應商變壓器設計方案，評估性能與可靠性。
3. 從設計維度實施變壓器質量控制
4. 制定變壓器測試方案并持續(xù)監(jiān)控分析測試數(shù)據(jù)（含變壓器/原材料認證測試、型式試驗及例行試驗），編寫測試規(guī)范并執(zhí)行變壓器的整機認證測試。
5. 分析工廠及現(xiàn)場故障案例，制定改進措施并跟進供應商的執(zhí)行。
6. 監(jiān)控變壓器成本，提出并評估成本優(yōu)化方案。
