射頻電路設(shè)計(jì)基站英語通信/網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備
職責(zé)描述：
? 無線電硬件解決方案開發(fā)，包括無線電系統(tǒng)化（鏈接預(yù)算、績(jī)效分配等），數(shù)字系統(tǒng)化（數(shù)字化接口尺寸、CPRI、204B等…）、功率預(yù)算、返回率分析，傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)分析……
? 與 RAN 團(tuán)隊(duì)和 PDU CDS（站點(diǎn)解決方案）合作構(gòu)建 E2E解決方案
? 集成和驗(yàn)證支持
? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)關(guān)鍵問題調(diào)試工作組
? 能夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從設(shè)計(jì)、集成到端到端的活動(dòng)確認(rèn)。
任職要求：
? 通信相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷，熟悉射頻開發(fā)和硬件系統(tǒng)
? 深入了解射頻系統(tǒng)化、關(guān)鍵部件特性和鏈路預(yù)算
? 優(yōu)秀且快速的學(xué)習(xí)者
? 組織良好，有系統(tǒng)的思考能力
? 具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，英語流利
? 主動(dòng)和積極的個(gè)人性格
