主要職責(zé)：
  • 使用 CPQ 和 SAP 系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確處理客戶訂單。
  • 與包括銷售、物流、生產(chǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)在內(nèi)的內(nèi)部部門協(xié)調(diào)，以確保順利及時(shí)地履行訂單。
  • 精確處理定制產(chǎn)品配置和特殊訂單要求。
  • 維護(hù)和更新訂單記錄和客戶文檔。
  • 監(jiān)控訂單狀態(tài)并向相關(guān)利益相關(guān)者提供主動(dòng)更新。
  • 確保遵守內(nèi)部程序和國(guó)際貿(mào)易要求。
  • 支持訂單管理流程中的持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。
  • 分析訂單和銷售數(shù)據(jù)以識(shí)別見解并向管理層提供可行的建議。
  • 為內(nèi)部和外部利益相關(guān)者準(zhǔn)備高質(zhì)量的銷售報(bào)告、儀表板和 PowerPoint 演示文稿。
工作方式和要求：
  • 需要靈活的工作時(shí)間以符合歐洲時(shí)區(qū);候選人應(yīng)能夠在上午（中國(guó)時(shí)間）獨(dú)立管理任務(wù)，并在下午參加會(huì)議或與歐洲同事協(xié)調(diào)。
  • 必須具備 高度的自律 性和 較強(qiáng)的時(shí)間管理能力，能夠在有限的監(jiān)督下高效工作。
  • 該職位直接向歐洲的經(jīng)理報(bào)告，因此候選人應(yīng)該適應(yīng) 遠(yuǎn)程管理結(jié)構(gòu) 并致力于 以結(jié)果為導(dǎo)向的績(jī)效。
  • 能夠跨時(shí)區(qū)和文化用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行有效交流。
基本資格：
  • 商業(yè)、國(guó)際貿(mào)易或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士學(xué)位。
  • 至少 2 年的訂單管理或銷售管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最好在國(guó)際環(huán)境中。
  • 精通 CPQ 和 SAP 系統(tǒng)。
  • 流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書面語(yǔ)。
  • 熟悉貿(mào)易流程、國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)解釋通則和基本商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)。
  • 注重細(xì)節(jié)，有責(zé)任心，能夠在時(shí)間壓力下處理多個(gè)優(yōu)先事項(xiàng)。
