崗位職責(zé)： 1，負(fù)責(zé)區(qū)域控制器、域控制器等產(chǎn)品的硬件集成開(kāi)發(fā)，包括需求分析和方案制訂、原理設(shè)計(jì)及原理圖繪制、樣品生產(chǎn)資料準(zhǔn)備； 2，負(fù)責(zé)控制器的硬件測(cè)試工作，包括集成測(cè)試&驗(yàn)收測(cè)試（Verification test &Validation test），確?？刂破鞯拈_(kāi)發(fā)質(zhì)量； 3，負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)試報(bào)告的撰寫，對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理分析，及測(cè)試問(wèn)題的跟蹤處理； 4，負(fù)責(zé)控制器樣品的生產(chǎn)支持和部分變型項(xiàng)目的溝通協(xié)調(diào)工作； 技能要求： 1， 電子電氣等相關(guān)專業(yè)，統(tǒng)招本科及以上學(xué)歷； 2， 熟悉汽車行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，熟悉汽車電子產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)流程；兩年以上汽車電子硬件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先； 3， 整體硬件開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)>5年，有完整項(xiàng)目批產(chǎn)經(jīng)歷。 4， 熟練使用常用原理圖工具（如AD，Zuken等），熟練使用電路仿真軟件；熟練使用電源，示波器、萬(wàn)用表等測(cè)試設(shè)備； 5， 熟悉模擬電路、數(shù)字電路； 6， 熟悉常用電子元器件（被動(dòng)器件，分立器件，驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片等）的電氣特性，并能靈活運(yùn)用；尤其是對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)化汽車芯片有所了解。 7， 擁有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通能力，具有主動(dòng)溝通意識(shí)，對(duì)待工作踏實(shí)、認(rèn)真、細(xì)致。
