自動化設(shè)備注塑工藝鈑金工藝壓力鑄造工藝UGNX防呆設(shè)計工業(yè)自動化
職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)驅(qū)動和數(shù)控類產(chǎn)品從概念到產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方案
2.機械類零件的設(shè)計開發(fā)及驗證導(dǎo)入,如塑料件,鈑金件, 壓鑄件,薄膜……
3.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的定義和選型,如螺釘,連接器,風(fēng)扇…… 4.協(xié)同仿真工程師執(zhí)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和熱的仿真和計算,方案驗證及優(yōu)化 5. 協(xié)同制造工程師確定生產(chǎn)裝配的要求, 比如防呆設(shè)計，DFM和DFT 6.參與結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計評審 7. 協(xié)同采購/元器件/物流工程師一同開發(fā)機械零件的供應(yīng)商 8.負(fù)責(zé)量產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的日常生產(chǎn)維護,分析和解決生產(chǎn)中的技術(shù)問題 9.為客戶,服務(wù),生產(chǎn),供應(yīng)商提供技術(shù)支持 要求： 1.大學(xué)本科（含）及以上學(xué)歷- 機械或相關(guān)專業(yè) 2.3年及以上的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗，有驅(qū)動和數(shù)控類產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先 3.熟悉各類機械類零件的制造加工工藝，如模具，沖壓，機加及表面處理等 4.熟悉3D開發(fā)設(shè)計軟件NX 5.良好的英語口語及書面表達能力 6.良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及團隊合作精神 7.具備良好的敬業(yè)精神，責(zé)任心強，工作積極主動 8.具有電子系統(tǒng)散熱仿真（Flotherm）和機械仿真（NX）經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
