Qualification Requirements
1. Mechanical or electrical engineering, engine/transmission/electrical/vehicle engineering degree of a secondary technical college/university of applied sciences/university of technology, or similar qualification and/or expertise gained through practical professional experience;2. Industrialization competence and experience, understanding of serial production requirements;
3. Project management competence and experience;
4. Professional experience in automotive serial development processes, APQP competence;
5. Relevant experience as person in charge of system/module/components and/or Simultaneous Engineering team leader;
6. Very good communication and moderation skills;
7. Excellent spoken and written English;
8. High level of goal orientation and self-organization;
9. Sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking.
