What you'll do
? Manage the full lifecycle of core products and portfolios, developing customer-oriented marketing strategies to drive demand and achieve business targets.
? Lead annual brand planning, including market positioning, value proposition, marketing campaigns, and budget, coordinating execution with sales, technical, marketing communications, and other internal functions.
? Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable product strategies and solutions.
? Oversee the end-to-end launch process for new products and solutions, including roadmap planning, positioning, launch kit preparation, and post-launch performance tracking.
? Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, participating in long-term product planning and new opportunity assessments.

You'll also need
? Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or a related field is preferred.
? 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or product management, with familiarity in the animal nutrition/health industry.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
? Willingness to undertake frequent business travel.
