1 市場需求洞察:調(diào)研區(qū)域?qū)嶒炇覂x器 / 耗材市場動態(tài),捕捉海外客戶需求,分析競品特點、價格及布局,為產(chǎn)品適配與銷售策略提供依據(jù)。
2 市場開拓與客戶運營:通過國際展會、拓展海外代理商深耕本地市場;統(tǒng)籌線上線下渠道,推動產(chǎn)品市場滲透,實現(xiàn)本土化業(yè)務(wù)突破。
3 銷售方案落地:結(jié)合品牌與供應(yīng)鏈優(yōu)勢,設(shè)計區(qū)域定制化銷售方案,推動落地執(zhí)行,提升客戶轉(zhuǎn)化率與訂單量。
4 線上品牌運營:負(fù)責(zé)線上品牌推廣(官網(wǎng)本地化、Google Ads 投放、垂直網(wǎng)站合作等),優(yōu)化引流策略,提升品牌曝光與有效詢盤,支撐業(yè)務(wù)增長。
5 資源協(xié)同與關(guān)系維護:維護區(qū)域代理商關(guān)系,溝通需求、解決合作問題;協(xié)同國內(nèi)團隊響應(yīng)客戶與推廣需求,保障業(yè)務(wù)推進。

1 Market Demand Insight: Conduct research on the dynamics of the regional laboratory instruments/supplies market, identify the needs of overseas customers, analyze the characteristics, pricing and market layout of competitors, and provide a basis for product adaptation and sales strategy formulation.
2 Market Development & Customer Operations: Deepen local market penetration by participating in international industry exhibitions and developing overseas agents; coordinate online and offline channels to drive product market penetration and achieve breakthroughs in localized business.
3 Sales Plan Implementation: Combine brand and supply chain advantages to design customized regional sales plans, promote the implementation of these plans in local markets, and improve customer conversion rates and order volumes.
4 Online Brand Operations: Responsible for online brand promotion (including localized website content updates, Google Ads campaigns, cooperation with industry vertical websites, etc.), optimize traffic acquisition strategies, enhance brand exposure and qualified inquiries, and support business growth.
5 Resource Coordination & Relationship Maintenance: Maintain cooperative relationships with regional agents, communicate needs and resolve cooperation-related issues; collaborate with domestic teams to respond promptly to customer and promotion needs, ensuring smooth business progress.
6 Work Location: Based in Shanghai, with global business travel required.
任職要求:
1 本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科專業(yè),有海外留學(xué)背景優(yōu)先。
2有海外市場開拓 / 國際業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗,或?qū)嶒炇覂x器、生物醫(yī)藥相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,接受優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆生。
3 邏輯思維強,能敏銳洞察市場趨勢;外向樂觀,溝通能力佳,具備開放與創(chuàng)業(yè)心態(tài)。
4 英語可作為工作語言(必須),掌握其他小語種者優(yōu)先。
1 Bachelor's degree or above, major in science or engineering; overseas study background is preferred.
2 Experience in overseas market development/international business, or experience in related industries such as laboratory instruments or biomedicine is preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
3 Strong logical thinking ability and keen insight into market trends; outgoing and optimistic, with excellent communication skills, as well as an open mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
4 Proficiency in English as a working language (mandatory); proficiency in other minor languages is preferred.
