崗位職責(zé)如下：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)組建設(shè)計(jì)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)，主導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)管理工作；
Be responsible for forming the design management team and leading the design management work.
2. 全面主持項(xiàng)目的詳設(shè)及技術(shù)相關(guān)管理工作，并向項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理及部門經(jīng)理匯報(bào)；
Lead DDE management team, handle all technical matters, report to PM and TDM.
3. 在項(xiàng)目的預(yù)算和相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求下控制設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量、進(jìn)度，并處理設(shè)計(jì)中重大、關(guān)鍵問題；
Monitor and Control the design quality and schedule according to budget, comply with project specification & Codes/Standards, lead the resolution for engineering issues.
4. 管理項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)，配合項(xiàng)目、采購、市場及建造圓滿完成EPC項(xiàng)目；
In charge of DDE management team, coordinate with the PMT and other departments to successfully deliver good DDE package.
5. 主持EPC投標(biāo)項(xiàng)目技術(shù)工作，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)高效完成投標(biāo)相關(guān)技術(shù)工作。
Lead engirneering part of EPC bidding projects, efficiently complete technical-related work.
技能及相關(guān)素質(zhì)要求：
1. 具備5個(gè)以上海上和陸上油氣設(shè)施EPC/EPIC項(xiàng)目詳設(shè)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
At least 5 DDE management experience for EPC projects in O&G Industry.
2. 至少8年專業(yè)詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)調(diào)和監(jiān)督管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Min.8 years of experience in management of multi-disciplinary DDE teams.
3. 熟悉油氣行業(yè)通常使用的相關(guān)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)規(guī)范；
Be familiar with the international standards and codes in O&G Industry.
4. 良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能熟練運(yùn)用辦公軟件；
Possessing excellent communication and coordination skills as well as a strong sense of teamwork, and being proficient in using office software.
5. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，工科類專業(yè)，英語可作為工作語言。
Bachelor's degree or above, Mechanical/Structural/Mechanical Engineering Major, able to use English as a working language.
