We are looking for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support expatriate CFO in operational priorities and high-level communications. The EA will manage operational priorities, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and act as a liaison with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to maintain confidentiality while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CFO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting and event coordination, and other day-to-day executive support.
2. Provide professional interpretation and translation services, including:
- Simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in internal and external meetings.
- Translation of documents, presentations, and correspondence as required.
3. Prepare, review, and draft materials for the CFO, including reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
4. Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure effective communication and follow-up on initiatives, general issues, and operational matters.
5. Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal teams, as well as with relevant external stakeholders.
6. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
7. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the CFO.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Translation & Interpreting, English, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in translation, interpretation, EA or similar roles, preferably with prior experience supporting expatriate executives
3. Professional background in conference interpreting, with proven capability to provide professional simultaneous interpreting, preferably with CATTI Level II (or above) certification.
4. Strong communication and cross-cultural skills, combined with solid organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion; proactive and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
