國際物流管培生(IMT)
International Logistics Management Trainee
崗位描述:
1、國際供應(yīng)鏈市場與行業(yè)洞察: 深入研究特定行業(yè)(如通信高科技、工業(yè)制造、家居家電等)的出海供應(yīng)鏈趨勢,形成行業(yè)化銷售策略;
2、解決方案與投標支持: 協(xié)同銷售團隊共同面客,深挖客戶的需求及痛點,整合內(nèi)/外部資源,為客戶提供供應(yīng)鏈出海的綜合解決方案;
3、協(xié)助商務(wù)談判:協(xié)同銷售與客戶進行商機談判,維護并深化大客戶的合作關(guān)系,確保客戶滿意度與長期合作黏性;
4、跨部門協(xié)作: 協(xié)調(diào)解決方案、運營、財務(wù)等團隊,確保從銷售到交付的順暢過渡;
5、供應(yīng)商資源開發(fā): 主導(dǎo)開發(fā)和管理核心供應(yīng)商資源,確保解決方案的落地能力。
1、 International supply chain market and industry insights: Conduct in-depth research on the overseas supply chain trends of specific industries (such as communication high-tech, industrial manufacturing, household appliances, etc.), and formulate industry-specific sales strategies;
2、 Solution and bidding support: Collaborate with the sales team to meet customers, deeply explore their needs and pain points, integrate internal/external resources, and provide customers with comprehensive solutions for supply chain expansion overseas;
3、 Assist in business negotiations: Collaborate with sales teams to negotiate business opportunities with customers, maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with major clients, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation loyalty;
4、 Cross-departmental collaboration: Coordinate with teams responsible for solutions, operations, finance, etc., to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery;
5、 Supplier resource development: Lead the development and management of core supplier resources to ensure the implementation capability of solutions.
職位要求:
1、2026屆本科及以上學(xué)歷畢業(yè)生;
2、專業(yè)不限,理工科優(yōu)先;
3、能力特質(zhì):
①熱愛物流/服務(wù)行業(yè),有態(tài)度,有能力,并愿意在此行業(yè)深耕發(fā)展,擁有有相關(guān)知識儲備(包括但不限于:智慧供應(yīng)鏈、精益運營管理、物流產(chǎn)品、市場營銷、跨境供應(yīng)鏈等);
②具備較好的邏輯分析、問題解決、影響推動力,有全局意識,經(jīng)營管理意識及合作服務(wù)意識;
③了解順豐集團業(yè)務(wù)全貌,認同順豐的企業(yè)愿景、核心價值觀以及經(jīng)營理念,并愿意與公司一同長期努力發(fā)展。
1. Graduates with bachelor's degree or above in 2026;
2. No specific major is required, but preference is given to those majoring in science and engineering;
3. Ability traits:
① Passionate about the logistics/service industry, possessing both attitude and capability, and willing to deeply develop and grow in this industry, with relevant knowledge reserves (including but not limited to: smart supply chain, lean operation management, logistics products, marketing, cross-border supply chain, etc.);
② Possess strong abilities in logical analysis, problem-solving, and influence driving, with a sense of overall situation, management awareness, and cooperative service awareness;
③ Understand the full scope of SF Group's business, identify with SF's corporate vision, core values, and business philosophy, and be willing to work together with the company for long-term development.
