職位描述
機(jī)械預(yù)防性維護(hù)
1、 Carry out daily, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance with the related maintenancestaff. 與相關(guān)維修人員一起進(jìn)行每日、每周、每月、每年的維修工作。
2、 Responsible to keep the KPI’s which are related to the responsible section. 負(fù)責(zé)完成與本部門相關(guān)的KPI指標(biāo)。
3、Analyze the readings and figures which are taken by the workshop staff and set corrective actions (failure analyzes, action plan) 分析車間員工提交的數(shù)據(jù)，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并及時(shí)制定糾正措施 (故障分析，行動(dòng)計(jì)劃) 。
4、Cooperated with the production section to combine product and maintenance related shutdowns. Support and coordinate with other disciplines regarding Mechanical Equipment issues.與生產(chǎn)部門合作，對(duì)于機(jī)械設(shè)備問(wèn)題進(jìn)行支持和協(xié)助。
5、Ensure with maintenance planning the spare part availability to avoid unforeseen shut downs due to lake of spare parts. 通過(guò)維護(hù)計(jì)劃確保備件的可用性，以避免由于備件不足導(dǎo)致不可預(yù)見的停機(jī)。
6、Set up tools to measure the equipment conditions (check list, lubrication schedule and diagnostic). Complete Basic Mechanical Data Sheets 設(shè)置測(cè)量設(shè)備狀況的工具 (檢查清單、潤(rùn)滑計(jì)劃和診斷) ，完善設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)清單。
7、Organize personnel training to improve the skills, confidence and responsibility of
workshop staff.組織人員培訓(xùn)，提高車間員工的技能、信心和責(zé)任感。
8、Coordinate, control Mechanical Equipment related Cost Estimate, Check of Vendor Drawings, Follow upmanufacturing progress of the equipment suppliers.協(xié)調(diào)，控制機(jī)械設(shè)備相關(guān)的成本預(yù)算，檢查供應(yīng)商圖紙，跟蹤設(shè)備供應(yīng)商的進(jìn)度。
9、Comply with the safety production responsibility system and 5S policy and regulations, responsible for the quality, tools,cleaning and good cleaning of the workshop.遵守安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制及5S相關(guān)政策及規(guī)定，負(fù)責(zé)部門車間的工作質(zhì)量及工具和車間的清潔。
10、Completing other work arranged by leader. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作。
