Position & Missions
As part of the Asia R&D Department and reporting to the Process Industrialization Manager, you will:
? Design and implement production tooling, fixtures, and test benches to support manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
? Lead and follow up on tooling and test bench projects, from specification to procurement, installation, and commissioning.
? Support the optimization and balancing of production lines and work-centers, applying lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement and achieve efficiency targets.
? Facilitate and participate in PDCA meetings with production teams, providing guidance and estimating savings in time and cost.
? Establish and maintain standards, work instructions, and test procedures for new and existing processes.
? Provide technical support and training to production teams on tooling, process improvements, and basic technical/electrical topics.
? Diffuse technical know-how through One Point Lessons and daily coaching.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues (Jidoka), implement corrective and preventive actions, and ensure product quality.
? Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and process instrumentation in line with project needs.

Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or process engineering, with a strong background in tooling design, procurement, and test bench project management.
? Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, etc.).
? Experience in designing and implementing production tooling and test benches.
? Familiarity with Solidworks, or equivalent design software; ability to read and create technical drawings.
? Strong organizational skills, disciplined, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and strong enthusiasm for supporting teams and tackling challenges.
? Excellent communication and training skills, with experience in knowledge transfer and technical coaching.
? Proficiency in English, both oral and written (CET-4 or above).
