Task :
1. Develop and maintain the efficient safety officer team, to implement the safety strategy. Implement the daily works of safety management, including but not limited the below.
- 2. Organize the no-project topic inspection, routine inspection, to identify and reduce the safety risks.
- 3. Responsible to manage the high-risk activity, implement the work permit procedure and safety monitoring.
- 4. Responsible for risk identification, safety analysis and evaluation in daily operation (no-project).
- 5. Support the project HSE planning and implementation.
- 6. Responsible for the safety management about subcontractors, including safety agreement, safety performance etc.
- 7. Responsible for safety training in the workshop level, to improve the safety awareness. Responsible for the assignment of safety officer team, and team performance evaluation.
- 8. Responsible for safety data collection, including SOC and various safety data.
- 9. Responsible for Emergency Response Team, and its procedure and drill.
- 10. Support the quayside facility security supervisor to implement the quayside facility security work, and take responsible for liaising with the Police, Frontier inspection, Maritime Affair, Customs, Hospitals and other departments.
- 11. Be Responsible for the issuance of entry and exit documents at quayside, security guards' training and education, security document filing etc.
- 12. Perform the tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements
- Education: College or above
- Experience: Min. 3 years’ experience about safety management in a medium-sized manufacturer
- Language: Fluent with Mandarin, and basic skill about English
- Computer: Good at Microsoft Office
- Certificate: Certificate of safety officer
