Purpose and Mission
The regional procurement manager is responsible for the strategic procurement approach for Packaging & Spools in the broader Asia region (SEA, NAS, SAS). You will manage the spend, supplier’s portfolio and innovation streams on these categories with an entrepreneurial spirit.
As a member of the Procurement team, assigned to the Packaging & Spools Categories, you develop a strong understanding of the division’s goals and challenges. You ensure to align regional and global market needs with the company’s overall product strategy and ensure that the product offerings and supplier profile aligns to meet the demands of the local site.

Education & Experience
? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field.
? Good oral and written skills in English, can work under full English environment.
? Good knowledge and category management about packaging, spools, dies is a must. 10 years above experiences in project management, strategic procurement, category management, or supply chain operations.
? Demonstrated success in managing budgets and delivering cost-saving initiatives.

? Cost Analysis & TCO: Proficient in cost modeling, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and value engineering.

? Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Experienced in building strategic partnerships, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
? Negotiation Skills: Strong commercial acumen for negotiating contracts, pricing, and service levels.
? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective in working with R&D, operations, quality, logistics, and sustainability teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
