description:
- To achieve agreed sales
target, meet / exceed individual sales goals. - Develop BCO customer according to
company’s strategy. - Promote E2E business.
- To retain the support of regular customers, meet /
exceed minimum target of individual customers' support. - To enlarge account base,
improve contribution through better customers/cargo mix and account
expansion. - To maintain most updated
information in company's customer profile system, with accurate and update
customer record. - Develop extensive knowledge
of the customers’ industry, their customers and their critical business
issues, incl. finance, operation and the supply
chain. - Regularly review with
customers on achievement of performance outcomes including collation of
customer agreed KPI’s, organize the regular meeting with operations and
service team.
Requirements
Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing related
preferred;
3 years relevant working experience;
Familiar with local business environment and international
business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and
requirements;
Familiar with international logistics operation environment
preferred;
Project management skill, ability to find and develop new
business and to write up logistics solution proposal;
Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic
personality and capable to work in team;
Good command of English (written & spoken), excellent
presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.;
Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
